Shakespeare in Love @ Center Stage
Oct 19 – Nov 26 all-day

Appropriate for all ages, Lee Hall’s adaptation of the Academy Award-winning film maintains the wit, charms, and tenderness of the movie. Written in a recognizably Shakespearean style, the play depicts an imaginary love story between William Shakespeare and Viola de Lesseps; a love story that supposedly served as the Bard’s inspiration for “Romeo and Juliet.” Based on the screenplay by Marc Norman and Tom Stoppard and directed by Blake Robinson.
