The Jewish family is facing an unpredictable, unchartered future. Psychologist and communal leader Rabbi Dr. Tzvi Hersh Weinreb will address some of the ideological challenges that the 21st century Jewish family is encountering as part of the Beth Tfiloh Congregation’s annual Penn Lecture Series.
Rabbi Weinreb will also identify trends which are already apparent, and which may lead to even greater struggles in the future, and will conclude with practical advice and words of hope. Rabbi Weinreb lectures extensively and is the editor-in-chief of the new Koren Talmud Bavli, and has authored a commentary on the book of Psalms, The Rohr Family Edition of Tehillim.
The Penn Lecture Series at the Beth Tfiloh Congregation is celebrating its 20th year. Past speakers include Mohammed Al-Samawi, author of “The Fox Hunt”; Forward CEO/Publisher Rachel Fishman Fedderson; Yavilah McCoy, a teacher, writer, diversity consultant and advocate for Jews of Color; and Rabbi Dov Lipman, a member of Knesset.
