Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 Tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup coffee (brewed)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325.
  • Cream oil, honey, sugar and brown sugar together. Add in eggs and vanilla.
  • Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together and add to the other mixture.
  • Combine coffee and orange juice and add to batter.
  • Bake for 35-45 minutes in a bundt pan until toothpick comes out clean.
