Honey Cake

- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup honey
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup coffee (brewed)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Cream oil, honey, sugar and brown sugar together. Add in eggs and vanilla.
- Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together and add to the other mixture.
- Combine coffee and orange juice and add to batter.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes in a bundt pan until toothpick comes out clean.
