Breakfast All-Day Muffins
  1. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and mix very well.
  2. Line cupcakes pan with 12 parchment liners and fill them up almost to the top.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until you notice the edges of the muffins turn golden brown color. Let cool. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
