Ingredients
- 6 oz. butter melted
- 3 tbs. all-purpose flour
- 3 cups whipping cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 large eggs
- 6 cups corn kernels
Instructions
- Melt butter and flower together for 4-5 minutes. Add cream, sugar and salt.
- Whisk together eggs, cream and butter.
- Gradually add sugar mixture, whisking until smooth; stir in corn.
- Pour into a lightly greased oblong baking dish.
- Bake at 350 F for 45-60 minutes or until golden brown and set.
